7月8日（水）から7月10日（金）に韓国・釜山で開催されましたJCK MEMS/NEMS 2026に参加しましたので、報告いたします。今回は韓国、日本、中国から各1件のプレナリートークと18件の招待講演、34件の口頭発表、59件のポスター発表の計114件の発表があり、MEMS/NEMS分野の最新の研究発表に関して活発な議論がなされました。

今年度の第1回MEMS事業者連携委員会（委員長：東京大学 年吉洋教授）を、対面とオンラインのハイブリッドで50名程の事業者や大学の先生方のご参加を得て2026年7月24日に開催いたしました。
今回の委員会では、半導体デジタル戦略などにおけるMEMSの政策的な位置づけ、提案可能な研究開発制度、Yole Groupからの最新のレポートなどが紹介されるとともに、MEMS産業の復興に向けた勝ち筋について今年度議論することについて事務局から提案が行われ、各委員と活発に意見交換が行われました。

マイクロマシンセンター調査研究事業委員会（委員長：東京大学 藤田博之 名誉教授）では、MEMSに関する①国内、海外の技術動向の調査活動（国内外技術動向委員会で実施）、②産業・市場動向の調査活動（産業動向調査委員会で実施）などの調査研究活動全体を取りまとめています。
今年度は、7月29日に第1回調査研究事業委員会を開催しました。同委員会では、①②の各委員会での2025年度活動状況、及び、2026年の活動内容の報告がなされ、承認されるとともに、より良い結果を得るために委員からの情報提供と活発な意見交換がなされました。
特に①の国内外技術動向調査では発表件数の増加が著しい中国の動きを注視すること、②の産業動向調査ではMEMSに関するファンドリーとスタートアップの勝ち筋を見出すため、委員から情報提供される国内外の注目すべき対象の追加を検討することととしました。

東北大学のインターネットスクール(ISTU)を活用し、e-learningによりMEMS開発に必要な企画、設計、試作、評価にかかる基礎知識を習得することができる講座です。

MEMS集中講義：
MEMS技術の基礎的知識から各種分野のアプリケーションの応用展開まで、様々な角度からMEMS技術を収集できます。
試作実習：
受講生に課題（試作を希望するMEMSデバイス）を持ち込んでいただき、4インチのプロセスラインを利用してマンツーマンに近い指導で装置の原理・使い方・プロセスのノウハウを学習し、「設計→試作→評価→発表」に取り組むことにより、MEMS開発者として必要な技術を体系的に習得していただきます。
