[DESCRIPTION]
Since the electrostatic actuator has a simple structure and its
output force per weight is increased as the size is reduced, many researches are ongoing to apply it
to the actuator of micromachines. Application examples developed so far on an experimental basis
include a wobble motor, a film electrostatic actuator, and so on.
